Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.

Q: What are the product warranties?
A: Please contact the product manufacturer for all warranty information. Most warranties range from 30 days to 1 year from date of purchase.
Q: Will I need my receipt to claim a warranty on my item?
A: Yes! You will need your product receipt and original packaging to claim any product warranty.

Q: Do you carry plus sizes?
A: Yes! We carry sizes small-4XL.

Q: Do you carry men's lingerie?
A: We carry men's underwear in a large variety of styles size small-XL.

Q: Do you place special orders?
A: No, we do not place any special orders. If you would like to order from the website everything is sent to your doorstep in discreet packaging.

Q: How often do shipments come in?
A: Shipments are delivered to our locations as the need for more items arises. So the times between orders can vary on how much we’ve sold recently.

Q: Do you sell or rent DVDs? Do you have back rooms or booths?
A: We do carry a large variety of DVDs available for purchase. We DO NOT rent DVDs, have viewing booths, or back rooms!

Q: Do you buy sex toys?
A: No, we do not purchase sex toys or dispose of them for you. We highly suggest you throw these away in a sealed bag to prevent the spread of bacteria, STDs, STIs, or any other potentially harmful illnesses!

Q: Will you buy new/used movies from customers?
A: No, we purchase all movies and products from our trusted vendors.

Q: Do you have coupons/special offers?
A: If we are having any specials or sales they will be posted on our Facebook pages and all around the insides of our stores.

Q: If I purchase an item as a gift, can it be returned if they don't want it?
A: No, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of any kind.

Q: I shop here a lot, can I get a discount? If I buy more than one item can I get a discount?
Can I use your discount?
A: No, if you are not active military with valid I.D. you will NOT be given a discount outside of current sales.
Q: Do you price match to your competitors or other retail stores/websites?
A: No, we sell all items based on the recommended MSRP as stated by our distributors, in some cases cheaper than recommended.
